All the riding we get to do is a gift, good buddy, and I know you know that. We (I) also know that losing your home trails is a super fukked up situation. Please take heart knowing your outdoor life will go forward despite the loss, and that change is the essential process (that hurts now and again). Chill on, Sar.



PS: Fabulous Friday this week will be replaced by Soopah Saturday with a double-dark start. Hydration Friday it is.

Couldn't see the mountains due to the smoke from the Ranch2 fire near Azusa. Cancelled my ride.
Might go to the beach tomorrow. There will be masks, but there will be bikinis!

The bikinis could very possibly be smaller than the masks!

i'm riding road tomorrow, or more accurate bike path. Will head from irvine toward the beach and back. I'll see how far i get, riding with a road bike newb. Should be quite nice in the morning though.

My plan of getting out way before sunrise was thwarted when the weather station at Sierra Peak showed 89*, high humidity and no wind at 3:00am. Just couldn't get motivated for that.
