If available for a test ride, I have been thinking of trying clip-in pedals on my mtb. I'm willing to try any brand for a short period to see if I like it or not. I'm just not sure where/how I would get a pair of shoes to try. Thanks

Each brand of pedal requires a specific cleat design for compatibility. Generally any MTB shoe will accept any cleat design, but the cleat and pedal must be compatible.

I have two pair of Egg Beaters... One is the higher end, and has almost no miles. I stopped using them after they were replaced. The other is the lower end...
If you want a pair, PM your address. I may or may not have good CB cleats... I'll check.

These are the lower end ones... 1s. I have a set of the 3s somewhere, but didn't find them with a quick look in the garage. The Ti were way out of my league... And weight limit.
