I felt some tightness in my left shoulder on the way up Lower Sam, but I didn't think too much of it. Heading down Sunset, however, I ended up with shooting pain from neck to shoulder to upper arm. I thought for sure that I re-injured the rotator cuff. I couldn't hold the bars by the bottom and had no strength in my left arm. It felt quite similar to 2019, but worse... Doctor visit #2- He ordered an MRI and referred me to a spinal specialist.
I'm hoping we end up with something "simple" like cortisone and physical therapy...
And no, An e-bike won't help. A bionic arm and shoulder might...
