I used the cool of the morning to get stuff done so that I don't have to go out into Hell later on. Got a lot done, too.

Stitches come out Monday. Yay. Took today off to put the final piece of the puzzle, a Bike Yoke Revive dropper, on my new bike. It has been too hot in my garage workshop after the morning rides this week to get more than one thing done each day. Tomorrow will be the shake down cruise on the morning tide. No pictures yet, should get some in its natural element tomorrow. But... here's a preview of the house brand:

Oh yea! The parachute didn’t open. Luckily, the jump was over the Vatnajökull Glacier, and she landed on a downslope where she slid into the Atlantic and was carried to shore by an Orca pod and nursed by Vikings until we could send for her via UPS. Thanks Ed!

It was a simple exchange between sisters playing and chasing each other. Baby went to crawl away, 3yr old grabbed her by the ankle and pulled her back. They kept playing...No one noticed anything was wrong until baby tried to stand up a few minutes later and started crying while standing on one leg and holding the other up off the floor. It took me 33 years to break my first bone. Junia made it 27 days past her first birthday. She’s gonna be my Lil’ DHer!

Because altitude. Logged 33.79 miles in Mammoth yesterday. 4 runs, some of the mileage obviously gondola since I forgot to pause. My body is beat. Holding those lines on kitty litter takes a toll on you.
