I had my right menescuss trimmed due to a tear. An easy outpatient arthroscopic procedure on crutches for maybe a day and a half?

Oh no… I’m so sorry to hear that! Have you considered Regenexx? They inject stem cells which can potentially regrow cartilage… My buddy in the Portland area does it with really reasonable rates and does free telehealth consult if you’re interested in me putting you in contact…Meniscus........I tore some.

Depending on where the tear is located in the meniscus, removing portions of it, increase the odds of developing arthritis significantly… If it’s a tear more toward the central portion of the meniscus, this is less of an issue, potentially, especially if a small amount is trimmed, and the bulk of the meniscus remains… I would still look into minimally invasive options first like regenexx.com.

After rotating the racing slicks, I took some time to replace the rear bumper cover that Firstborn decided to remove after getting too fast and too furious. Found a pretty good one at the wrecker and a relatively easy swap:

Hope you heal well from whatever your outcome is, I won't pretend to be a Dr and give you medical advice.
I've been thru 3 meniscusotomies. On the last one Dr said ," You didn't leave me much to work with"

I rode my bike today. The weather was great! I also bought a bike headlight from Gaciron Official Store. It was very convenient.
