I DIDN'T Ride My Bike Today, Cuzz....

No like, but a necessary evil. Without the down time, there really is no ride time.

Follow conditions is our mantra. Weather, surface, crowds, work opps, domestic obligations. That's why going like a bat out of hell in the dirt, rock, whatever, is essential. It has to last through the down time. :geek:
I was remiss in not earlier acknowledging the quality of this post. For me especially, it's pretty easy to get caught up in whatever my most prominent obsession is, and at the moment that is mtb. Identifying too heavily with it, and subconsciously telling myself that every minute spent not involved with it is a minute spent out of purpose. I appreciate the perspective here, and have drawn from it a good deal this week.

We’ll send some kids your way. Don’t give them anything to drink :gag:
That shouldn't be a problem since I'll probably be out before they get here...

@SnakeCharmer is entirely to blame for my newfound addiction to Bluemoon...:p

I know that you are a bottle drinker but try it, heck, try any beer you like in a glass. It's even better that way when it can air out.

AND, YOU CAN DRINK IT FASTER THAT WAY. :D

Final tally is 525! We ran out of candy a while ago and shut it down. I just talked to the next door neighbors who go all out with smoke machines, caldrons, lots of lights etc. They have had over 1,000! They are using a clicker to keep count. There are still crowds up and down the street. Crazy
WOW!!!
