@Faust29 it seems lately crashes have been more frequent than they used to be. Not sure if it is age or what?Oh? You crash frequently also?
Sadly, I will be off the single speed for another two months or so... I tried riding it while the shoulder heals up, but it wasn't a smart move. So, I took it apart for some "upgrade time." That removes the temptation...

I did not make that ride but I believe you guys started at SS parking lot. This is a West side start.

You did it as an out and back.....we did it as a loop. We climbed Plantation after Skyline to get some extra riding in. Otherwise, the climb up Fern is the only difference.

I think the elevation will get me, I'm used to riding at 1000 ft elevation or less. So who's bringing the oxygen tank?

That’s a tough one, do you get altitude sickness at all?I think the elevation will get me, I'm used to riding at 1000 ft elevation or less. So who's bringing the oxygen tank?
I get a little wobbly nearing the top of Mt Pinos, which is almost 9000ft
