Who's Riding Where???

Daughter scraped her knee on Sunday. I said "oooohh ouch!" She said "Tis but a scratch..." :inlove:

(Movie quote, anyone?)

That’s an easy one. Monty Python. Great movie and one that I will usually watch again whenever I come across it while channel surfing.

If I was you, I'd be investing in a snowboard...

Or at least, some cross-country skis.
Still have my board gear, but yearly snowfall is under a foot. Two-hour drive away there are 10-12k' peaks with lifts. There is climbing nearby (not to be confused with pedaling uphill). Archaeology and geology might be fruitful...

You know that deal about hitting yourself on the head with a hammer because it feels so good when you stop? That sounds like a reasonable metaphor for my upcoming winter...

Fat bike?
I knew I hung onto those plus tires for a reason! Dirt roading, here I come...

You're not in Truckee anymore? Sounds like Kansas... Ha!

Tomorrow! My mustelid and I plan to tick off (trail name), one of the best off-menu lines I've found out back. New dirt and rock for her, one previous run for me. Squiggles be squiggling. A nice, long loop that finishes along the Truckee River after a stop for chocolate milk. High of 52 from around freezing, chance of showers. @rossage and @Luis, you know what I'm talking about... :sneaky::thumbsup:
