Much safer riding your bike during deer season I think. Especially if you wear brown clothes and fake antlers to tease the hunters.

I was gonna work today but the drizzle set in and I hate driving on possibly wet freeways (it's all wet up here in the foothills). My local haunts are hidden away in the clouds now so I will wait until later to see if this junk burns away. I feel the need to ride a HT today (or tomorrow) in celebration of @buggravy's new bike order.

Rest Sunday, but
Monday Coreganville to Stagecoach, then up to Hummingbird or to Chumash if I can make it before it gets too late. I would rather ride Chumash super fast down hill over Hummingbird super technical but it is hard to pass Hummingbird when on a 29 Enduro FS

Hopefully, I'll be riding Twin Buttes just outside downtown Durango on Sunday https://www.singletracks.com/bike-trails/twin-buttes.html Not the most difficult trails but the the fun/smiles for miles factor is high.

That was mine. Sold it and the Tracer to get the new Ripmo. I expect to get a new 27.5 in 2020, just not sure what. I actually emailed Revel about a shorter travel 27.5 but they didn't respond in any manner.

I imagine you've ridden into town from Kennebec Pass. A fun 20+ mile DH run. Hermosa Tours and some others service KP.

I've had that same cold since Tuesday. Just got to wait it out. Luckily, I have two weeks here in SW Colorado.
Just arrived in Durango an hour ago, here's a shot from the in-laws front porch, looking out on to nothing but NF land....that will be swarming with deer hunters next Saturday. I'll be heading to Phil's World to avoid getting shot
