I needed to pick up some car parts in Torrance today, so while that far out, went to check out Palos Verdes which I've never been to. Pretty nice place. Went to Point Vicente Park and checked out the views. They were good. Lighthouse with Catalina in the background:

This is a bummer. I actually met the couple who ran it at a mutal friend’s party in my 20’s and I think I kinda freaked them out. My best friend and I showed up to this kind of adult-ish party super drunk. Our mutual friend/host grabbed me and introduced us and said “Trinidad’s a huge mtn biker! My friends run a biking brand!”

I just vaguely remember realizing I should leave them alone. They seemed very nice and were gracious in the face of an annoying drunk dude. I may buy a few things from them before they do close shop. At least a couple of tees.

Anyone else get these scams? If so, do you F with em or just block and delete? Myself I try to come up with some smartass response.

Here's an example from this weekend. Guess it worked because I never got a reply.

BTW Feel free to call that number and harass him, I mean her. LOL

Nope. Problem is by replying, they now know your phone # is actually in use so they will spam you more or sell your info on to more spammers.

Unless I'm expecting a call I don't even answer the phone if the caller is someone not in my contacts list. If it's a real person they can leave a message and I'll call back.

I think I know her....from way back when, in Pusan. Maybe Sasebo. Singapore? Or was it Hong Kong????

Definitely not Olongapo.

I’m sitting here at the office and there’s a nice looking mountain bike in one of the windows of the lofts across the street.
I can’t see what brand or model it is from here.
(Damn, my phone can’t even get it.)

This is where you mount your GG on the window stool with a sign that reads, "since you showed me yours..." and see where it goes from there.
