New Bike Day!

He lives in Walmart territory and we all know Walmarts are filled with batsheet crazies.

I might be joining him soon since I can sell my house I bought 3 years ago with enough equity to buy a house there with little to no mortgage. o_O
Im not so sure that overalls/straw hat/ corn cob pipe/missing teeth/long beard/bushy sideburns/big beer belly would be a good look for.

Ummm, @Mikie, you're quoting and replying to yourself. Exactly how many beers are you up to so far today?:p
Well I’ll be hornswaggled! I did quote myself…
@Voodoo Tom ? I’m heading to Walmart to pick up 3 new 18 packs of Pacifico! :whistling:

…and popping over to Uncle Richard’s to snag some Shine. I now qualify for the secret door knock and handshake…;)

My poor Liver. I'm sure I've told you about the homebrew and fire water that my dad used to whip up in his cellar. Heck I wrote my 8th grade term paper on how to make homemade beer and got a 100% score.:Roflmao

It’s starting to look like a bike… :D

Hopefully there are no big hiccups. The online help desk is going down for a few days.

I hope you can do better than me on weight. As pictured my 2018 CC Hightower with 2 full water bottles, tube, C02, tools, Leatherman knife- plier combo and extra derailleur hanger all on board... weighs 38 lbs. My Ripley as pictured weighs 33 lbs. Compared to the Hightower the Ripley is missing 1 water bottle. All tools on my Ripley are in the Handlebars and below the water bottle.

This past week I picked up a 2021 Transition Sentinal. Wasn’t really looking for a bike, but came across it on Pinkbike and after watchlisting for 2weeks and it was still available, I figured go check it out. Bike was a demo bike from Universal Cycles, the buyer got wrong size and resold it shortly after. Switching all my parts from Hightower and just ordered my new DVO Topaz3. Only 2 rides so far and like it a lot.

Looks like the shock is Pushed? Is the DVO a need or want item? Personally, visually mismatched suspension would bug me whether or not it performed well.

What about mismatched tires? Some riders like specific front and back tires that differ. Are you like that or must the tires match?
