Time flies when you are that busy. Look forward.Yep. It's official. UPS dropped the ball again so we'll be working today. They also implemented the 70 hour 8 day rule which means we'll probably be working Saturdays through January.
Oh yeah. Looking forward to time-and-a-half Saturdays!Time flies when you are that busy. Look forward.

@mike and @littlewave , Hope you guys heal-up quick!
My son had another student back into his car at school yesterday. I got up and went looking for an estimate only to find out that most body shops are closed weekends...wtf!?!
I knew it was coming, he's been driving for 9 months and I'm just glad the kids are all okay and it was very minor.
The funny thing is that the kid driving the other car was uninsured and driving his girlfriend's car. So when I spoke with the parents they insisted it was my son's fault and that their daughter had been driving. They told me that if I didn't pay for the repairs they'd go through insurance and I said "I don't think we'll be able to agree on this, so that's fine."
They hung up promising to call their insurance company.
Ten minutes later...Mom calls back and apologizes, she says her daughter had admitted that the boyfriend was driving her car and didn't have insurance-can I text her an estimate and she'll pay for it.
An hour later...The boyfriend calls me crying, asking if he can "make payments," for the repairs.
I felt bad but thanked him for taking responsibility. I told him I had been in accidents as a kid too and it would all be fine.
Ugh, being a parent never gets easier, the challenges just change. You guys with babies and toddlers are soo lucky, enjoy it!

Hmmm, I guess I could have cropped the bottom just a little for a better photo. Oh well...
Thanks - cropped it myself while you were doing it for me...
