I read this as “Wrightwood Nut Assault #3” Not far from the truth I guess :gag: :)

The big tree has been cut!

However, there's a 'low branch condition' just east of the Fenner Tr junction. A truly gigantic dead oak is pinning down a merely huge living oak over the trail. It's a pretty tuft of oak leaves hiding a head-chopper of a branch. I thought I could duck it, but got smacked in the front of the helmet.
Good to know!
Positive I will have forgotten about it by the time I approach it thinking no big deal... then, :bang: BAM!
