If he rolled at 8:30 ... 2 hour loop .... he's soaked and muddy.
If he finished the Luge before the rain, and then rode the roads back to Wahoo's then he is just soaked.

Down to the lake in the valley, up to the saddle (above the pup), left to the peak, down the other side of the hill, back up to the saddle, take the secret downhill, hit the road for a mile or two, 1 lap around the lake, and climb my way back home.
No SingleSpeed this time it's the Beasts turn for a ride.
