Trail Slayer demands a SART Epic!

@Mikie can you paste the Strava link to that ride.
Thinking I may be in ... Little concerned about the pace not as much saddle time lately. Of course can probably find my way back if fall behind.

It's a social ride..... @Mikie says to bring your A game...:but I think any C+ game will get you through it.

The info you seek is in the ride invite....at least the important distance/elevation and profile. Other than that, You can't get lost on SART unless you wander off the main trail.

I tried to load the .gpx, but wtf! The forum says the file is too big. I will work on it tonight...

So my "A" is your "C plus"? I'm getting old... (sad smiley)

Not so.....just means that those who aren't A Gamers, will get dropped behind, just like in school.

Oh, wait....that doesn't happen anymore. We all get a trophy....we are all A Gamers.:(

Hey all,
It has been suggested we start earlier, suggesting 7:30am. I hate making changes last minute, but I thought I should at least throw it out there...
I was trying to accommodate distant travelers (LIKE ME!) But also want to take into consideration heat and stuff. Heat don't bother me much so throwing it out there.

Last time (the only time) I did this route there was a father and daughter combo riding a tandem bike the WHOLE route! The daughter was only 12 years old or so btw. It was HOT AF that day too. Just a little inspiration for those that think they can't pull off the ride.....Carry On!

I can't make it obviously but will be there in spirit!

A lot of the route is sheltered in the canopy too, so it's not like you are riding exposed trail the whole day like I am used to at Sycamore (or roadie).

I'm 20% in. Small chance I'll get up and cruise the trail, but not likely. I need to do some chores tomorrow and be fresh on Sunday.

Lunch at The Oaks?
