I needed to hold back on making plans two more days.
The woman in my life decided we are moving furniture to San Luis Obispo this weekend.

And once again, I'm sick and at home... off work order for today and tomorrow. I doubt I'll have much if any endurance on Saturday. Would be fun to maybe do just the PO loop portion, but don't even know if I can pull that off now :-(

Make a left off the offramp, you'll pass through the...college.
Right at the first light (you'll go through two? stop signs).
Straight on til morning (30 minutes).

The Mentone ranger station had a MTB pocket guide to upper SART that was really useful in navigating our first time there. I think it was $6. Not a bad idea to drop in or call for current conditions, closures, yada, even if you have a guide(s).

Wife had surgery on her hand Monday. As long as she's okay with me being gone all day it's trending toward yes.

b/4 the days of WAZE, locals would take that instead of Lugunia?/ Orange?? ...
Way back pre 1995... we would ride the fire roads up near the SART... SART did not exist back then...
