Rossage down!

@rossage so good to hear you'll likely read this post from the comfort of your own home.

FWIW. I put some ACV in my water every morning. On top of the many other health benefits, it has been proven to help w/ cholesterol and sugar levels. Worth a look and try if you can stomach it. You build up tolerance really fast. I do this with intermittent fasting to a degree. No food from 8pm until 10 am the next day. Except coffee in the morning w/ coconut creamer, honey, and a scoop of collagen peptides. Works great for me. During my "eating window", I eat pretty much whatever I want. But, 98.3% of the time it is good clean organic foods that have very little to zero preservatives and no GMO's. Quality over quantity.

Is this Cherry Canyon worth the drive from the hinterlands?
No, not really, and I ride it 2-3 times a week. I personally think the backside of whiting is way more fun.

Thanks for making me feel like an idiot, as usual. Many of you here excel at that. I challenge anyone here who would prefer that I not participate to just say so.
Oh, stop it.

@rossage , Nice!!!

@scan , I have tried to stay in shape my whole life. The looks on the faces of the medical personnel when I tell them I take no prescription meds (before this), no diabetes, or HBP, is classic.
I got a couple of double takes and "really?".
Several have commented that my fitness contributed to my survival.
I have also met a couple of mtbers who work in the hospital and they are very supportive. One guy said he rides the front range regularly and may have seen me out there on my hardtail.
Here's where the stent was placed

@Mikie I think that having a diet thread running would be great. It may get a little wild with differing opinions, and even religious preference but hey, let it run. I will be looking for ways to improve my diet.
I will also be partnering with @Luis, @Faust29 , and others in search of the holy grail...healthy Tacos!
Thanks for posting the images!! So you basically had a Sigalert on the LAD and now it's clear!!! Western medicine at it's best!

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Just curious.

Oh yeah! Home sweet home. Greeted with tears and hugs-wonderful feeling.
Heart feels fine. Insertion point in my groin is what's going to slow me down for a week or so.
I was hoping to have some images of my actual procedure but I'll have to wait until next week when I go back to see the Cardiologist.
Got a list of drugs, guess I'll have to start paying attention to those weird commercials on tv now.
I will be taking these daily, some for weeks, some for at least a year and the aspirin is forever...

Aspirin 81mg
Brilinta/Ticagrelor
Atorvastatin/Lipitor
Coreg/Carvedilol

Gotta line up a bunch of Doctors appointments so that will keep me busy for the next week or two.
They made me promise no bikes for at least a month so target date is November 1. We'll see how the recovery goes. I wonder if that applies to the trainer in the garage?

Got a card to carry in my wallet for reference in case I ever need it. It has all the pertinent information about my stent and the manufacturer. Horsepower increase is yet to be determined. The make is Xience by Abbott Vascular . The location of the stent is LAD, left anterior descending artery.

Feels good to be back home.

@Mikie I am 180.5cm tall and weigh 83 kg. I gave you metric because you're Canadian and you'll understand better than English units. Right? Hoser!
(5ft 11in, 183lbs)

Congrats on getting home, and with extra upgraded parts too.

Now about your ride with Mikie this weekend....
