Redlands Strada Rossa - March 19, 2016

From a PC, build or make a route from the drop-down menu "Dashboard", then click on "My routes". Once you have saved the route, you can load it from the record tab on your phone, when starting a ride.

Here is a guide that goes much more into detail: http://blog.strava.com/discover-a-new-route-follow-it-from-your-phone-7749/
Is there a way to upload the route from Ride w/ GPS or Garmin Connect into Strava? I played around w/ Ride, and it wouldn't let me do it as there are no time stamps on it. Can build them by hand, but that'll take a while...

The only way of getting around it, is by saving a friend's ride into your routes.

If you are a premium member, you can just export the route.

Create the route from the Garmin Connect file, or .gpx file.

Ride with GPS is not noted for its accuracy on elevation. GPS is notoriously bad at determining elevation (which is why Garmin has stuck with a barometric altimeter).
