Very civic-minded of you! A small tariff wouldn't have been out of the question... :cool:

My climbing partner did a horrible job of stashing the post-climb beers last summer. I guess some snow had melted off them, but kripes, they were in plain view when we got down, and just 25% of them were missing. A fair exchange. :geek:

I was riding solo in Downieville and I stopped by the bridge over the river on 3rd Divide. On the rocks next to me was a pipe and small container of some very stinky bud. Since I always carry a lighter on rides, I helped myself, and left the rest for the next adventurer.
