imtbtrails Ohhh-fficial 2016 Spring Weight Loss Challenge!

Right now I am hovering around 190 and it's really freaking me out. This is the time of year that my helper does all the work and my ride time is minimal. I doubt I'll ever be as strict as I was three years ago when I lost the weight but I definitely need to start paying more attention to what I eat.

How's everyone's weight these days? I'm hearing horror stories of people putting on several pounds because they fear leaving their homes and getting a little exercise. I've lost a few pounds from my 60 hour workweeks and I'm eating nonstop throughout the day. I'm guessing lack of sleep boosts your metabolism? Currently maintaining 185 lbs. Stay well my friends. :)
