No. He didn't touch it. I swapped forks last night. I torqued it to spec, but it's been my experience that stem bolts need a second tightening during the first ride after a fork re-install. Forensics indicate stem bolts were loose, bar rotated, wheel didn't. Or vice versa. Either way, shattered some bones in my hand. Sitting at Kaiser waiting for ortho consult.
