I DIDN'T Ride My Bike Today, Cuzz....

Lol, we’ll see about that claim ...snot rocket contest!:sneaky:
I’m only good because I’ve been doing it for 20+ yrs of running.
Sooo @Runs with Scissors ..I’ve never gotten a human, my dog maybe...:gotnothing::facepalm:

Proper technique for the snot rocket.

Ugh, is there anything you can do? Trainer? When I completely broke my pinky toe in two I’d wrap it up and do yoga, I’d also wrap it lightly and squeeze into my mtb shoe for a ride.:whistling:
But your break may be more severe! Don’t listen to me:stop:

You may be tougher than I am...
But yeah it's a clean break in two.

Going to try a yoga

Dr did mentioned a trainer but I sold mine because it was beyond boring to me.

Cuzz... it peaked at 34 degrees, lots of snow and ice on the trails. The bike path had some dry spots, so we climbed (sideways) again on the freeway bridge abutment wall.

I barely got chicked this time. Tha weasel is one ferocious puller. She cranked through a section that I failed several times on using her technique. By the time I figured out a way I could do it, I was too gassed to pull through it. She slots those thin digits in places I get just tips. Her technique is very good, +5” ape index, strong and focused; no way I can compete on thin cracks and crimps. No shocker, my old lady is badass at everything she does. AYE!!!!:inlove::thumbsup:

Including snot rockets :geek:

No bike ride today, instead I tested out the knee on a slow SOT hike. The good news is it felt ok,
the bad news..the MRI showed a partial tear in the ACL prosthesis, and a number of other issues re the lateral meniscus..WTF
Anyways..back to snot rockets and why we didn’t ride our bikes today, gotta rise above this funk!

What J said...not happy about that second paragraph. But glad you are bent on staying active, Sar – it serves us well for the most part. Try to be nice to those pesky joints! Easier said than done, but a little discretion can prolong physical capabilities. The lesson that keeps on giving!! :bang::oops::cool: Keep on the mend!
