SNPA?I’m starting to feel kind of normal after my Yosemite project. I got a serious left forearm pump pressing strings on the fretboard today...SNPA helped me recover.

Rain in Lanzhou has postponed my ride... Guess I'll swap the BB-5 cable disc brakes for my old M785s.
I belted out some tunes back in the late 80s-early 90s as lead screamer for Jesus Manson and the Disciples. Obviously didn't get too far but we had a lot of fun.
Tonight I can relive the glory days as I sing classic rock songs at karaoke.

The last of the cassette tapes fell apart long ago. But depending on how my return engagement goes tonight.... You never know.

Rain, rain, rain...
Pretty sure I have been rained on every single day of this trip so far-19 days!
My wife woke up this am and said "sorry" as if it were her fault. It's not, obviously.
I have the rain gear but no one wants to ride.
At least my old hardtail got upgraded to XT 10spd and XT 785 brakes. The in-laws can enjoy it.
Tomorrow I will fly back south, near Hong Kong, and the forecast is for more rain. I don't have a bike there so bring it on!
