Holy heck yes!!!!
I was trying to manage the strength / weight / $ ratio at first, and then just said, "I already put my kid through college, let's make this baby happen."
Wheels are delayed. 4-5-17 delivery. Gonna stick w the Enves and wait it out. Ugh!
Hell I even rode your Enve rear wheel for a while and didn't break it!Have Enves on the pivot and the Bronson and they have never gone out of true, never broken a spoke, etc. Also made in USA.
If it ain't broke...
FYI, I went with 180mm rotors f/r on my build. The magura mt trails are performing GREAT, but I did smoke my rear a little on TNA. So if you are DH a ton you might want to commit to 203mm rotors if you are hammering. I was dragging a lot though cause I had not seen it in years. You probably flow it all no brakes
Thx for the 411 on the brakes! As for TnA (what's left of it) I pick through that rock garden as slowly as a pensioner looking for recyclables in beach trash cans on July 5. If you call that flow, I FLOW baby!
Letter sent @dustyyoungblood ! Enve is WAY behind in production - apparently their hoops are too inexpensive. F it. I tried to buy American made, but BAD customer service means I try a new brand. Looking like Nox as @mtnbikej suggested. Not super stoked that my shop didn't manage this issue proactively and it took calls by me to push the issue. Waiting still!
Those Bontrager Line 30 carbon wheels look pretty nice, and through a LBS you get support and a warranty that is nearby, plus at $1200, its a bargain.

Here is another article about Bontrager's new wheels, and why they can offer such great prices, its a great read about the industry and Bontrager's thinking.1200 looks like a really good deal. I wondering about the quality of the Bontrager hubs? I know hubs aren't really rocket science...but hubs and spokes are common place to cut cost in building price point wheels.
I just ordered another pair of carbon hoops from China. They are for my GF's plus bike. They are asymmetrical and internally 39mm. They will be just at 1k including labor to build them up with Hope Pro 4 hubs from Jenson.
