Foes Dream Build, what would you do?

The frame hath arrived. I dropped off my build sheet. This should be fun. It is even more beautiful in person.

Looks like you might want to switch suspension components with @dustyyoungblood who built a Mixer and wants to ditch the green bits. I am guessing you won't change the X2 for the Topaz though.

N/M - the Mixer Trail has a much shorter shock than the Mixer Enduro.

I went kind of bold on the color scheme. Gonna be tough to match it to my outfit. With any luck, I will just be a bluish Green blurr that U r not quite sure that u saw. :)
Consult @jaime for blue/green/yellow matching advice. He's got it DOWN!

I have failed miserably getting my outfits to match my green and black bike. Everything I own is blue, red, orange, yellow, black or at best, forest green. I do have a bitchin' new 7iDP helmet that is fluoro green and black. It clashes with everything else I own, but it's comfy and was 30% off.

Hey @StrandLeper I also have the green IXS RS helmet that is super comfy. I was bothered by the low brow, but you might like it. Only ridden a half dozen times, and I never sweated in it. :whistling: It still has a visor, so you might not like it.

I am recommending a neutral colorway for your kit. These descisions are even more important than how many clicks for rebound. Let the bike colors pop.
You can go triple black(or Grey) shoes/shorts/jersey/helmet
Maybe pick up some blue with your socks, or goggles.

Or, like I do and buy the most ridiculous color gear because it's on sale. I seriously have a Maroon jersey, an orange and black jersey, a green camo tld jersey. Those always went well with my white TLD DH shorts and never matched a bike I ever road.

Clearly a man with his priorities firmly where they should be. It is not important to be good, just to look good!

Crap, does riding this bike mean that I have to wear goggles now? :)

The green nail polish I can take, but goggles... i don't know about that.

Going easy on the blue accents. Kind of like nudity in a French film. Limited. Tasteful. Bar accent. Wheel stickers, that sort of thing.

My first appearance with this bike at our Sunday morning group ride I will show up with with goggles and a full face helmet (and scarf). Pics or it didn't happen!

And visor?
I will loan you my IXS helmet. You will get so many compliments on your helmet, that no one will notice the bike!
