It's a little bit more smooth than Shock Top and I think Shock Top is a copy of this beer. Both are good, though. I too enjoyed one tonight, 4 step process-wise, of course.Inspired by @SnakeCharmer and his 4 step process and the fact that it's too dang windy to ride I'm enjoying me some Blue Moon and skipping a couple of his unnecessary steps. My brother in law (RIP Johnsonville) used to love this stuff but it's been a while for me. I might even like this stuff better than Shocktop.

This is where we have our private houseboat beer, an amber ale we named "Dead Carp Red", brewed prior to each year's departure. We bottle it in 22 ounce bottles and it's thick and potent. Was in San Luis Obispo for work and stopped by Central Coast Brewing (had a few Monterey Street Pale Ales - their best beer) and Barrelhouse Brewing (had a few of their regular IPAs - awesome!).

After the first 4 I can safely say it’s a lotta bit more smoother than Shocktop. Time will tell if it’s nearly as good of a post ride recovery drink...It's a little bit more smooth than Shock Top and I think Shock Top is a copy of this beer. Both are good, though. I think Shock Top is a better sip from the bottle, unwind, cool down, immediately after a ride brew. Blue Moon is more of a relaxing in an easy chair type brew. After the first 4 I can safely say it’s a lotta bit more smoother than Shocktop. Is the flaking paint covered by warranty?I’ve been cutting back on the carbs, but there is a limit.

I can't even give that post a "like."Well... I’ve been cutting back on the carbs lately, and last night was game 1 of the World Series. I picked up a 12 pack of the Corona Premier- 2.6 grams of carbs versus 13 for a regular Corona.
I’m pretty sure I could drink the whole 12 pack and still not feel like I had a beer... Sort of a beer flavored water...
The Germans would have a hard time calling this one liquid bread... flüssiges Brot it is not.
