Haha, awesome.
Haha, awesome.
After I microwave the meat to perfection, I'll put it in my cast iron skillet on my Wolf range and take another picture, giving the illusion of culinary expertise.Haha, awesome.
The argument can be easily made that what ever happens prior to the cast iron skillet is inconsequential anyway. The skillet is where the magic happens. After I microwave the meat to perfection, I'll put it in my cast iron skillet on my Wolf range and take another picture, giving the illusion of culinary expertise.
Wait, did I say that out loud?
Tell that to the pig!The argument can be easily made that what ever happens prior to the cast iron skillet is inconsequential anyway...
Tell that to the pig!
At some point "prior to the skillet" the pig may care... But, I prefer not to think about where the delicious meat comes from.At that point the pig is no longer an active participant and doesn't care.

Funny, Clark (as in Griswold) is one of my wife's nicknames for me. I guess we all have a little Clark in us. In any event, that's a fine skillet. The vintage Griswolds are quite collectable, if that's your thing. As promised:

Browning them up. I love that my skillet is a Griswold brand. From Erie PA. Go Clark!
That's awesome! We are not exactly a fast food family, but I did feel slightly guilty when it was brought to my attention the other day that the kid has made it to almost 10 years old without ever having stepped foot inside In-N-Out, much less having eaten one of their cheeseburgers. She enjoyed it so much you’d think she’d just spent 5 days crossing the desert without food.

We had pernil too. Something special about a fresh uncured/unsmoked ham. Ours was 17. Two day marinate. The cracklings were amazing! At 11:30 a.m.: 2 more hours...

Beyond meat is damn good! Processed as hell but good. my wife and kid who love meat will take a BB burger over the real thing! We had Beyond Burgers purchased from Costco tonight, and wow, they were AMAZING! Side by side with the Trader Joe's ones, and those were just okay. They BBs cooked up, browned, charred, and were simply fantastic. Recommended! We've had the Beyond Tacos from Del Taco... those are meh at best.
