Post trail run this AM, This is my version of a pedi
That’s funnyI’ve also been encouraged by my rheumatologist to get pedicures and massages. In fact I have a massage booked for after my ride this coming Monday, recent birthday gift from my wife.

You should! I actually like tagging along with my wife a few times a year. We were going out of town the next day and her mom was watching the kids while we ran errands so she wanted to get pedi’s and I needed to go to Home Depot.
Early MTB ride, pedi’s with a glass of bubbly, Home Depot, then lunch and beers. Better than being at work and I’m comfortable enough in my skin to spend time with my wife doing things like this.
I'm comfortable enough in my own skin as well...but I just can't do massages and foot stuff. Not because I'm worried about being seen as less than a manly-man
, but because it just bugs me.

Um... I may have been dragged along once or twice. The Vietnamese girls make fun of my big feet.
