Those taggers are tied to the sh!the@ds that got into my car.

I was not going to answer you “ Whats gonna happen? Alien invasion? If you haven’t figured out we're on the verge of collapse as a country and society, well then I don’t know what to tell you about your complacencies. Our current situation I find very sickening and despicable! We were so awesome weren’t we!

Not to make light of what you are saying (because it's true), but my Dad used to say this when I was a kid. He had no idea how my generation would survive the shitshow society was becoming. Well, here we are, saying the same thing to our kids. And yes, it's worse now then it was back then. And yes, it's gonna get worse still. But we are too smart to just die...until somebody finally pushes the launch button...

Didn't I tell you to go ride your bike? Turn off your tv, climb out of the bunker and hit the trails.

Looks like all the non-compliance that CA has exhibited is paying off; 5,00 new co-cases Monday was a record until Tuesday's 7,150, and we may be in a geometric progression AFAICT.

Not to argue, but I was referring to the individuals (which is almost everybody I encounter) who neither wear masks nor social distance. Basically many people act as though there never was a problem and isn't one now.
That’s not good. In LACo, most everyone I see in my region is complying. I even see some folks wearing masks while driving alone in their cars.

Up here in southern NV most aren't wearing them. Just last night the Governor called for mandatory in public starting Friday. MOST wont comply, I will be one of them. We make a point to stay away from most public places. Anywhere we go as a family unit is the opposite direction of crowds.

So you will be complying in a way - not going to public places is even better than wearing a mask in public places.

Ok. However, we've been practicing the same social distancing principles for years way before this COVID bologna. My youngest doesn't do well in crowds, anxiety kicks in quickly and can spiral downward. So, we make a point to avoid those situations UNLESS he directly tells us it's something he wants to do.

AFAIK, the governor has a mandate for CA that anyone going "inside" (obviously not your own house) or outside where social distancing isn't possible must wear a mask unless it impairs your ability to breathe, you're under a certain age or challenged in some manner.

Simple Snake... IF I need to go into a situation as such. NO, I will not be wearing one. I haven't needed to go into that type of situation yet, so we'll see. If a store requires one for entrance, I guess I wont be going into that store.
What’s your beef?

I mean yeah, if you don’t want to wear a mask in my store, stay out of my store. But what’s the basis for your objections?

Not wearing a mask is just the 2020 version of not double-dipping a chip. Why do folks act like it’s the yoke of oppression?

Around my way some individuals act as if it's macho not to wear one. Seems to me there are better ways to show your manhood. I've had people smirk when they walked past without a mask on like they were getting away with something. Seems imbecilic and unkind to refuse to wear one inside an establishment unless it impairs you in some way.

He doesn't like balogna. :geek:

Never mind me, just riffing on the meat. I don't like balogna, either, but wearing a mask to help end a pandemic is fine with me.

Back "on topic"... Wish I could climb like this guy...
