Do bikes.

No stealth routing??
Legs too short, and/or stealth port too high on the seat tube on '17 GG FS frames. (They revised the port location in '18.) Some stick-on housing guides should keep it somewhat tidy under the TT.

The ream dimension I got from GG does not jive with my own research, so I was in a little quandary. Ultimately decided to go the safe "route."

Fully mechanical, nothing to bleed.

I grew Fuertes for 35 yrs. in Avocado Hts, but now having moved near the home of Haas, I am learning about my trees over in these hills. Good environment for Serrano and Jalapeno chilies for sure. Avocados store well on the tree so until they start dropping, you can figure they are still fine on the tree. But if you have a ton, harvesting early is definitely a good option.

Thanks for the intel!

My neighbor is a horticulturist, he drives to some farm in Temecula everyday, so I am going to ask him to swing over for a look.

I’ve read September is the time to pick but it definitely varies (October already and many of mine are still not ready). Started picking one at a time a few weeks ago and mine are getting there. I’m just a novice at this!
I have an avocado ranch on my route and hadn't noticed that they were even ripe yet. I have permission to snag any that fall off the trees but the crows usually get to them before me.

Rule of thumb, if you pull on it and it comes off without any effort, it's ready. But they will ripen up early if you pick them. Like other fruit though, it pays to be patient. For the home grower, it depends how many we are talking about. With a small orchard, you can get so many at one time if you wait for the best quality time, that you are inundated. So spreading it out is the way to go. We used to take a shopping bag full to local restaurants and trade for dinner. Same with lemons.

I made this side by side map to shut down ebikers. Someone was saying that ebikes are only restricted to some trails. I turned that info into an illustration.
Hurray for microsoft paint.

All of our county parks have brand new signage that is clearly visible. They ride past it... Where there's a barrier that would be easy for you and me, they bring a hacksaw, so they don't have to lift their 60 pound behemoths.

I'm getting to the point that I wish the parks would just get it over with and make them legal everywhere.

And go Dodgers! :D

My experience Monday:

Guy climbing up dreaded on an ebike claimed he has an ADA release and is allowed. Sigh...
I think if he can climb dreaded even on an ebike he isn't so disabled as to need the release.

I saw a guy last year who said the same thing... He climbed it back to back turning a 6 minute pace each time, and wasn't breathing hard. That's faster than a juiced Lance Armstrong.
