30.14 lbs with flats, Saint brakes, Fox X2, 2.6 XR4 tire and a Mucky Nutz fender. Shaved 2+ lbs off my Tracer weight but it never felt heavy anyway. Looking to break the Ripmo in come this weekend in Oregon. First stop....Oakridge!!!

The gold cassette and chain came over from my Tracer and I'm not sure I'm loving it. I think I'll be going with the Black GX cassette and Black chain when this wears out.

Beautiful... I love all things Ibis, just can’t afford to buy em all. Just curious what size frame you went with? That looks like a pretty long dropper and lots of exposed post still. I’m really hankering for a new Ripley, though it’ll probably never happen until I have a yard sale of used bikes.

I'm 5-8 and went with a medium frame and 50mm post, the same bike I demo'd at Pro Bike Supply so I knew it fit. I had previously ridden @pperrelle's large Ripmo and knew within 10 seconds that I didn't like. The dropper post is actually a 185mm Bike Yoke Revive (which was also on the demo). I too was amazed on the demo ride how much post was still showing on a 185mm dropper.

Makes perfect sense to me. At 5’9+ I’m right in between sizes on lots of bikes and always seem to favor a large but at some point with the newer bike geom I know a medium will wind up being the better choice.

Yeah, Ibis normally runs small in my option. I have always ridden a medium across a variety of brands but one of the guys in our group is 5'10" and has had a V2 Ripley, then HD3, then Mojo 3 and now V3 Ripley, all in size large and they have fit me fine. Paul's large Ripmo was an exception.

Awesome, congrats! I’m happy as a clam with my steed, but if I were going to lust after another bike I think it would be the Ripmo.

I like the no brand look.
If I were to repaint my Dodge I would have all the emblems removed and not put back on. One single color for me is the best!
Hey and that is still looking like a Gravity Dropper.
I like the Gravity Dropper all except the Saddle mount. Great if your seat tube stands straight up like a flag pole. They need to angle the mounting system so that it better accommodates a slack seat tube.
