Runs with scissors, hit me up sometime. I can tailor a ride up there that will give you your bang for your buck. While Skyline is great, I have ridden it forwards, backwards, during the day, at night, you name it I’ve ridden it, locals use it more like a freeway to get to other trails and do loops. It's no longer open to biking, as of within the last 5 years I think. I would be surprised if anyone here has ridden it. The west end of the trail overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
