I am disappointed. All this time, I was hoping it was a genuine taco stand, where you order in Spanish and get sloppy, greasy, delicious, authentic Mexican masterpieces.

34 miles and 6100' is a 6:00 ride for me (180 feet of climbing per mile) 
It's like the Trabuco / Santiago loop with extra credit. Sounds like a great time, but way too big for my britches at 4:00 - 5:00.

It's like riding Harding Truck Trail... twice... 2 hours round trip each time... and that's "social pace"

Remember....you can join in and do what you want.....start later and meet the group at one of the other starting points. This is kinda of like a "Create your own adventure" ride.

I, of course, would be with you for every pedal stroke of this super-easy backyard loop, but alas... (wait for it. This has to be good....)

It's all about location. Food is only a 2 minute drive from the end of the ride.

But yes, taking 30 minutes to drive 8 miles into Laguna doesn't make sense. That's why you should hit La Sirena after you drop T and A, and before you climb back up Willow or whatever. "bbuuuuurrpppp"

Why can't your birthday be next month? It would have been a great excuse to do one of your mini death marches. Having to work the next several Saturdays I can't commit to anything that isn't just outside my front door. I'll definitely make it down there next year. Have a great ride and happy birthday!

One wonders what their riding time was. This whole "moving time" cheat is a crock of bull. I could take two weeks to get there... stopping every quarter mile to take a nap, and my moving time would be amazing!
