That’s not bad at all!! Pinos in 6 wks y’allI got anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Seems that 6 weeks is the normal bone regeneration time.
I’ll do my bestSara you're too damn funny, don't ever change...
Ouch!!!! ....@scan, I was just corrected by Mrs. Watson who was paying better attention to the Doctor. Apparently these are the two fracture location... which I can tell you feels more correct.

I am superhuman.I realize we haven't met "yet" but I used to think you were superhuman. Now this is twice you have wodded it up since I've been an imtb'er. Now I'm thinking you're just a normal shmo like the rest of us. I still walk the death-chute though right at your avatar so you're still good there! you are the grand-Poobah of the Royal order of imtb so fkn slow down and heal up real good. The one good plus to all this is summed up in one word. Ice cream... Vibes
I am superhuman.
I have broken 11 ribs, collapsed a lung twice, fractured 3 vertebrae, 1 Lumbar, broke both my collarbones, one of which is plated and pinned, broke my leg, fractured both wrists, had meniscus surgery on my right knee, had a tendon cut to relieve hammer toe, told the surgeon to just cut the toe off if it would make it easier. All for mountain biking. Yup! I’m supah-human! Just a shmo like the rest of us with a passion for mountain biking.
Never going to slow down, just gotta think a little more carefully about where I haul the mail and when.
Damn dude you sound like Evel Knievel...I have broken 11 ribs, collapsed a lung twice, fractured 3 vertebrae, 1 Lumbar, broke both my collarbones, one of which is plated and pinned, broke my leg, fractured both wrists, had meniscus surgery on my right knee, had a tendon cut to relieve hammer toe, told the surgeon to just cut the toe off if it would make it easier.
Off topic (for a moment):Damn dude you sound like Evel Knievel...
Thanks Buddy! I think hitting a tree at any speed provides undesirable consequences.Dang @Mikie you have to slow down and smell the flowers bud.
Quick recovery. Need anything just holler, I don’t live in Canada like you but I can travel.
I’m anxious to get the Garmin off the bike and upload to STRAVA to see how fast I actually was going.
I don’t see anything out of the ordinary. Or are you telling us that Mikie was actually picking flowers? That’s the only thing I notice. This should tell you something...

Oh man! Those chuckles turned to wincing pain. It hurts my chest to laugh and even giggle. That was funny.... motorcycle man!Jeepers, that's a lot of damage control. I hope this will give you a chuckle. So I'm at the Doc's with a broken C-bone. My Dr. Knew me well. A hard working stern 4'ft. 9" Asian lady named MY. Shows me the x-ray with her pointer due to her height, points to a bulge right next to the current break and says ((ohhh you break before)) well as far as I knew, I never broke my collar bone before and asked her if she had the right x-ray. Big mistake. She slammed the stick to the corner where my name is and says ((see James Ditson)) then points back to the bulge and says ((you break before motorcycle man)) then starts lifting my arm up above the shoulder while I'm wincing in pain. AND SHE WAS SMILING. That's the first time I ever saw her smile!
This should tell you something...

Stay out of the whoppity-copters. They're nothing more than 30,000 parts flying in loose formation.
And helicopters don't fly, they beat the air into submission.
That explains the rattling and harsh vibration of the Huey I was in 35 years ago! They're nothing more than 30,000 parts flying in loose formation.
