Man Down.......

Those guys all bet against you. I bet for you. What did I win?
I couldn't have prayed harder for a person to not die! SO therefore, I did not bet against him.

This wreath and a hardy handshake
If you are quoting Blazing Saddles it was "we present you this laurel, and hearty handshake..." Really. A Laurel and Hardy reference. Mel Brooks has been known to reach.

4 Days Post Op

the Struggle is real. Been on a constant rotation of Aleve and Ibuprofen.

Well, I'm going to have to throw my hat in the ring.........and voluntarily too.

Dropped into Hoag on the 13th to get the 2nd knee replaced. I was prepared MUCH better from pre-op exercises to my new, private Recovery Room. Meds organized, Knee Icing cooler ready to go, 3 cu.ft. fridge full of drinks and a new speedy ice cube maker to avoid trips up/down the stairs.

I've already had three P.T. sessions and will do my 3rd outside walk at noon. Like my last knee, walking around with a limp for so many years really F'd up how much my knee bends. I already have 0-degrees on my extension, but my flexion is only 75-degrees. It'll come around much quicker once I start pedaling.

Take care J. Those nerve blocks are fantastic, afterwards, not so much. I am down to 1 or 2 Norcos a day, mostly used for post P.T.

Pics or it didn't happen -
