Man Down.......

Whats the prognosis @mtnbikej? When are you booked in for?

Well the good news is that the clavical is not broken. New XRays confirmed that.

HMO means things are moving slower than desired.

Ortho didn't seem too over concerned with the break. Guess he's seen worse.

We talked about lettimg it heal on it's own vs. mechanical repairs.

In the end i'm opting for the quicker fix.....surgery.....because it could end up that way later if i opted for natural repair.

I'm waiting on approval for 3D CT Scan, then surgerry next week sometime.

They did remove the splint and i'm just getting by with the sling.

They also found 3-4 more fractures in the head of the humerus.

I am allowed to strighten ot my elbow as desired.

I slept last night without the sling and got a solid 5 hrs. I'll take it.

Good to hear. I think. Is there a Shimano or SRAM part that can fix it? :whistling:;)

Credit were credits due J, when you break sh!t you do it properly! I guess at least now with some metalwork on the right side it'll balance out with the left again :D
