You only need to hit about 16,ooo' every day, including today, for the remainder of the year to make your goal. Now, get out there!!!I'm 10,000 feet over my revised goal... And 140,000 feet below my original goal.

You're being a little too easy on the guy. It's a lot easier if you think about it as an 8000' effort from 6 AM until noon, then an hour for lunch, and another 8000' ride from 1 PM until 7. It's a good way to cycle your riding lights!
I'm sure you'll easily surpass it. Last year I realized it was within reach and it took till Dec 30th but I made it happen. After today's ride I'm 5,201 feet shy of 500k feet. My luck I'll get 5,200 and be a foot short.
Not bad at all for a Saturday warrior who sometimes bounces off trees and takes a few involuntary time outs. Glad I could be there for most it.I totally suck next to all of you Studly" types...

Thank goodness I have STRAVA to track this for me!
Sorry @herzalot ... I just had to...
Thanks Buddy! And you were there for most of it!Not bad at all for a Saturday warrior who sometimes bounces off trees and takes a few voluntary time outs. Glad I could be there for most it.
Wow, you got me beat. And I thought all of my little rides from home were gonna add up to something.I totally suck next to all of you "Studly" types...

Jump up in the air while your phone is in your pocket and Strava is turned on. Or run up a flight of stairs, just to be sure. After today's ride I'm 5,201 feet shy of 500k feet. My luck I'll get 5,200 and be a foot short.
Don't they? All of my little rides from home add up.And I thought all of my little rides from home were gonna add up to something.
I don't know you!All that, without STRAVA!
So since I KNOW you do not have an Abacus, my spidey senses tells me you may not use STRAVA but do use simply another data collection App... right? Are you ready for these numbers, IMTBers? Brace yourself.
My abacus computes -
126,700' for the year.
65 rides
I don't know how many miles. Probably around 850.
All that, without STRAVA!
Probably the lowest stats of anyone on this forum who was not injured. And my wife thinks I ride a lot!

Runtastic. It captures mileage, elevation and total time. That's about it. No comparisons to prior rides. No comparisons to other riders. No medals, attaboys or competitive prompts. So since I KNOW you do not have an Abacus, my spidey senses tells me you may not use STRAVA but do use simply another data collection App... right?
You would have to ride 100 Floops. That's only like 100 hours. You can do it there's still time!200k fo me grego.. dont think im gonna catch u...even if i ride floop 20 x more!
The "refresh data" button on the profile page forces Strava to recalculate everything.
I did that! And my "biggest climb" lost 1,000 feet.
Cutting it close...5 riding days left, 12k’ to go.
However, I plan to knock out 7k’ on Saturday.
