Yes, I have one with two flats that sits in a closet out in our desert house. I inflate the tires once a year and do a desert/sand road ride just for sh!tz and giggles.

Bianchi Grizzly front fork (front brake). Kids bike small front sprocket. Old stumpy quill stem. Beartraps, grinded off the 8-pound kickstand mech. That's it... If you're not sure you are fat, wore-out, old, and out of shape, ride this bike for verification...

I didn't make it out to Pomona. Things came up that needed to be tended to. But reptile shows crawl through there a few times a year so another chance will present itself.

I wanted that bike so bad, my buddy has that one and the white one. Glad I got the Moto though. The 2 speed hub is a great feature.

1981 Schwinn. No mods, just stripped of rusty fenders and chain guards. Good for ripping around Irvine park. I got it to the top of Chutes once.

Note that he's not a specialist at this kind of climbing. Being one of the strongest climbers alive might have helped.

Yesterday I parked at the san juan loop trail parking lot to ride Chiquito (I have a pass). While i was preparing to ride a car pulled up to use that restroom, as commuters on ortega highway often do. it had a "closed due to shutdown" sign. Pretty sure he went took a s*** in the bushes behind it.
