Me thinks the survey gave me everything I was looking for this round. I got plenty of PM’s, and it helped me to identify some small incremental changes that we can tweak in to the site. I have no desire to make any major changes. I firmly believe for the most part the site is functioning as intended and it has confirmed my beliefs that the site attracts the more “core” type rider. Now the goal is to develop an avenue to attract new riders and I have some ideas that I can implement.
