This is sooo true. I just hit two years on my 2nd knee replacement and in no particular order of "why does that hurt now" - shin, big toe, Achilles, ass muscles, groin, old broken toe bones, shoulder. All were mildly bothersome and all erupted after I got back into serious PT. The best part is that all were easily correctable with a competent therapist. Like the rhyme, the shin bone is connected to the .....

It was all worth it even if my cycling time has suffered a bit. Good luck on your journey.
