Thanks Faust. I plan on actually starting at 7 am or so, an hour prior to the "official" race start since I'm not racing, and taking pics and enjoying the ride and, hopefully, taking it easier so I can actually do the part in the Piute Valley. I will definitely be posting a RR.
Weather forecast: Saturday shows sunny and about 50 degrees at the start, and a high of 84 in both Beaver and Junction (Low points on the course at 6,000 feet each, respectively west and east of the Tushar Mountains) and a high of 70 at the Eagle Point Resort finish line (high point of the course at 10,400 feet). Weather couldn't be more perfect.
My legs & lungs, on the other hand...I can only strive to complete.
