Modern Times is a customer of mine, they brew excellent beers. Try their seasonal releases if you like hazy IPA's.
I love the Modern Times offerings... I don't think I've ever had one I didn't like! They sure do a lot of variation on a theme though... seems like they're all kind of the same thing but with a little bit different hop profile. My buddies are pretty big into the San Diego beer scene, and these are their go-to.

Ready for immediate deployment...

The case I grabbed at Costco in lieu of toilet paper is almost gone. Dark times.

For special occasions like Sushi Friday this has replaced my Lagunitas. If you like hazy IPAs it's one of the better ones I've tried.

So, when this stuff shows up in bottles (yeah, I know Lagunitas' Little Sumpin Sumpin is bottled) I'll be impressed, and inclined to try. Canned beer just doesn't do it for me.

It doesn't matter what it's packaged in if drunk from a frozen glass. ;)

I buy cans whenever possible. Ice-chest friendly, same great taste.
I go out on my way to buy cans. Sierra Nevada, Dale's, and Lagunitas parallel and cans, so I'll pick up one of those as they're all my faves in general. Glass is just too bulky doesn't pack well for camping, and doesn't fit my fridge well. plus I drink them fast enough to not know it's a difference!

At home there is no swilling from the package, just the glass.

But I’ll gladly pull from any vessel otherwise. I have so many great memories of cans of beer on backpacks, bikepacks, climbing, snow sports. Sometimes a casualty, but never glass to pack out. Collapsible after use.
