I guess I'll leave the extra shock and brake rotor behind for this next one. Yes I had extra stuff like that in my bag. I had somewhere like 10-15 power bars on that trip too. I didn't eat any of them. They feed you so well breakfast lunch and dinner combined with Tailwind was a winning combination for me.

I'm super stoked! And the new job shouldn't be an issue in and of itself, but this is a new development and I'm still waiting to hear exactly how much time off I have each year, so that I know how much to tell the Mrs. is left for our family plans. One item i will definitely bring on my next trip is a Foam Roller or a hand held roller. I borrowed one and it was orgasmic!! specially after 3 beers to rehydrate.

In trying to decide between Spur and Smash I concluded the best choice was Rascal. I was going to an acupuncturist who used a percussion massage gun on me and it did wonders. So much so I bought my own on Amazon. My wife hits my back with it but even just doing my legs and shoulders/neck myself is effective.
