That's cute, I don't get to choose what my wife and kid get me for father's day or, any other holiday. When I try my wife says something to the effect of "You're a grown-ass man with your own money. Get what you want and we'll get you what we want."

Smoked Tri-Tip & spuds for me. We were supposed to make this over the weekend but thanks to the Post fire it was too darn smokey outside to smoke my Tri-tip. Best part is my wife did everything on the Traeger while I was sitting in traffic.

New grill day/night. Assembly was a 3 or 4 beer project with a helper. Nick learned a couple new foul words he never knew existed. Grease tray is tucked underneath so Rusty can’t get to it which is why I bought the damn thing. Doing initial burn in tonight and tomorrow whatever is on sale at Ralph’s is getting smoked. Baby Traeger I have is now going to the shop so we can have some killer lunches every now and then.
