Can you swing Sunday for Wrightwood?
I might be able to swing an all day-er...
 
Are we talking about Merrils or Wrightwood being worth it?

Wrightwood would totally be worth the drive...
 
They are both worth the drive, both can be shuttled to some extent, as we are sure to see on Sunday at WW.

BTW....I think Imo hit up Lapia sat. morn since nutin else is jumpin'. Anyone else?

What is the ride agenda?
Where are we meeting and what time?
( :? do we haftah shuttle?)
 
It's not really worth the drive, but I'm going to drive there anyway. Sorry Fran I couldn't make Saturday. My Weather app says it will be 87* in WW Sunday :shock: , so I guess an early start is at hand dameet!
 
Its kinda HB's call, but one route is leave a car at Jackson, drive up to where SOT crosses the 2 at the lookout point, ride Blueridge road as far we like, turn back on SOT/ Blueridge DH, climb thru the resort to the cars and across to Middle/Lower Jackson DH. If feeling froggy, climb Faultline and finish with Leprechaun/LuckyCharms DH and climb to the car at Jackson.

Btw doing Grey's peak in b bear with t the bomb instead tomorrow

Ross and I had discused a death ride that included Manzanita, upper Jackson, Lucy Charms You, Lower Jackson. But now shuttle has been mentioned? Have another day to decide. Whatever happened to to Maddog? How about 8am?

How about we climb up Fault Line over to and up either Blue Ridge Trail or the BR Fire Road, head East on SOT drop down Acorn, or back down Blue Ridge cross the street climb up Table Mountain and hit the singletrack back down to the road, climb up the road to the pass then drop down and do Lucky Charms...? ANYTHING but Manzanita :x !
 
Yes Mikie 8 am, I forgot you aren't to fond of Manz. Be to hot anyway by the time we would finish it! Scottay's mentioned route is a good one unless shuttleing is out of the question? Acorn is a down hill challenge but I'm not excited to ride the long road ride back up to the resort just to do more climbing.
