That’s a good one!I'd say Old Ridge Route, but not enough free time tomorrow. Soon, though.

Oh for sure, I won’t touch SOT right now..so many stinkin’ hikers this year!Yay...but beware of thru hikers if you do the "full GE"... Most are super friendly but there's always "that" one that doesn't like us.
. . . stinkin’ hikers . . .
Your choice. Sometime before 9:43 am?Time??? Give me time!!
That’s when I show up if the ride is supposed to start at 7.Your choice. Sometime before 9:43 am?

Is GMR back to being closed to cars?Tomorrow morning at 0730 I'll be on the road bike. GMR to Mt Baldy Village, maybe beyond. Haven't done that in far too long and it's one of my favorites.
Lol! That they are!"Aromatic hikers" is so much more nuanced and less adversarial.
Yeah. First cup is taking its sweet time. Time for a second!Maybe a spin over to Whiting and the Luge for a few hours... As soon as this coffee kicks in. Then it's family time.
I gotta be done around then. Aargggh - it would've been nice to ride whichu again. I think it's been since Wrightwood that we last bro'd out. Can’t get out until lunch time at soonest.

That's OK, you can always decorate the trail as you ride. Remember the Phantom Pooper at Oaks? Or the other infamous trailside deuce dropper?I think my coffee is broken. I'm going to head out anyway.

I was there about noon and even rode down that treacherous set of stairs behind your bike!
Wow, I wish I could make this but I will be working and driving right past there. Be careful!Rocky Peak in Simi Valley tomorrow at 7:00am
Pads are recommended for the shenanigans

Yosemite graveyard shift forecast: The lows may be a tag high, but we'll be high enough to feel low. Not racing, but 12 hours would be nice.
Enjoy the cooler temps!I am heading to Canada. I have the camping fever. Last weekend at El Capitan. It was sunny the entire time, even stars at night and saw the Milky Way. Rode the tandem on the closed bike trail to Refugio and enjoyed the coastal bluff with sage scrub and great ocean views. Wifee enjoyed it too and it was just the correct length for her. So now I am choosing the next getaway so now going to Canada and ride the McGill trail for some downhill sweetness. Who knows what I may see out there.
Happy trails of summer
Thank you, SaraBud! Safety first, as always.Yikers! Have a blast and come back safe
Too late. Should have heeded your advice to be careful. Had a little mishap on hummingbird and twisted my right knee. Still some soreness and a little swelling so I’ve been off the bike since Sunday.Wow, I wish I could make this but I will be working and driving right past there. Be careful!
