It doesn't have to be back in the day.. .. that can still be now..
Daughter n I played ping pong.. took a walk talked..wifey made three bags of groceries to deliver to old people..
And my one rule is we eat dinner together ...

Made michilada for neighbor.. practicing 10 feet..

Stop watching the stupid news..
Talk to ur neighbors..
Love ur wife..
And bother ur kids by spending time with them!

I got a bunch of coupons for my bday from youngest..
One said. Redeem for one hug without any squirming..

Dang... a good non-political thread, and I miss sharing my non-political ideas! I am not happy with ANY political party in this country, and I don't feel like my interests are broadly represented in government. Therefore I can't get all defensive about people ripping into government groups, cuz I agree with them most of the time.

Last national election I went through an interesting exercise. There was a web site (that I can't remember) that asked you about 20 questions, and then showed how well your positions aligned with those of the candidates. I was surprised by the number of things I agreed on with candidates that I thought I disliked... and the number of things I disagreed on with candidates I thought I liked. Of course... that assumed that the candidates in question actually took action on their political promises :)

Bringing it back to mountain biking, I always think of mountain biking as a "pro-environment" group, and I usually think that pro-environment candidates are going to be friendly towards mountain bikes. However I have found this is not always the case.
