For my Santa Ana's regulars- my plan was to do the 2nd half of the CC Thursday. You think that's gonna be possible?

I'm mostly wondering if the dirt will be ok. I don't mind getting wet.

My guess... Maple to the peak will be fine, as will Holy Jim. You'll have some dirty muddy fun coming down the wash.

That loop holds up well to the rain.....shouldn't be a problem....just wet and cold.

I got moist enough on my ride in that i needed to remove my glasses. Dry for my evening ride and commute.

Weather Underground lied to me. Got caught in the rain on my road ride for about 15 to 20 mins. The water from the rear wheel felt quite cold on my rear end.

Wow, now that was some seriously ANGRY rain that rolled through Northern L.A. in the middle of the night. Started at about 12:15am here and went on and off for at least a few hours. It was too loud to sleep while it was happening and quite windy at times. I bet La Tuna is a mess now.

I just looked outside and it is as clear as glass.

Colder than a brass brassiere here in Palmdale today. Boo, more rain tomorrow. Looks like Sunday will be riding day this weekend. Hope Castaic is not too muddy (hate the increased cleanup required).
