We had a STR vintage MTBike ride at the Loop years ago.
It was great!

Also, make sure to take the obligatory profile photo at the water tower. The local residents love it when bikers do so. They get all hot and bothered and take photos of you on their phones. I'm sure they just send it to all of their friends. :thumbsup:

Clearing my morning for this. With my recent bronchitis battle I think I can hang at the Floop. Only ridden there once for someone’s first ride on dirt years ago and am pretty confident that I can clear the climbs with half breathing capacity.

I’ll just promise to take the family to Disneyland Saturday afternoon!
 
Damn, I'm going to miss another one. I seriously wanted to be there for the Big Bear ride but after riding there on Wednesday and spending almost 6 hours on the drive up & back, I wasn't ready for that again...and it would have been worse on Saturday with all the Inland Valley peeps headed for the beach.

I actually would like to try the FLOOP at least one. I will say if nothing else it seems to have some variety but alas, I'll be in Maui and out at Molokini on the 17th. I'm sure this won't be the last run at the FLOOP anyway.

I have a family function that day starting at 11am, and doing a short local ride with the Brother in law just before.
It's been years since I've done the Floop, I'd really like to have made this one.

I hope that bike in the picture was given a proper name, something like “Birth Control” or “Child Support Insurance.” Even “Ball Basher” or “Nut Cracker” would have been sufficient.

But this is really your ride @Mikie , I can ride it anytime. Your the one coming from Canaduh, feel free to chose what time works for you.
