Well finally made it over here after watching the last episode. Really loved the show! Luke kickin butt on those droids like they were paper was AWESOME! GC is a stud, acting meh, and hasn't she put on weight??

Beautiful animation and sophisticated story telling with huge Kurosawa influences. In fact I need to re-watch Seven Samurai with the kids now!

That's a high end animation company called, Kamikaze Douga.
They also worked with Sturgil Simpson on a video.

I agree in that it did have a nice Kurosawa feel but in the Star Wars universe.

I love how they're doing it right. Looks like the animators were given a lot of free reign to reimagine it!
